Prime Build Services Construction L.L.C ("PureOas", "we", "our") operates pureoas.com and provides water-filter installation and service across Dubai. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UAE law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection — PDPL).

1. What we collect

Contact data: name, phone number, email, apartment address. We need all four to book and complete a same-day installation.
Water quality data: TDS, chlorine, pH readings taken in your home. Stored with your address for service reference.
Installation records: unit serial number, install date, cartridge replacement dates.
WhatsApp conversations: messages you send us on +971 58 517 2771 are stored inside Meta's WhatsApp infrastructure under their privacy terms.
Website analytics: anonymised page views, referrer, device type. No third-party ad-tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

We use your data only for: (a) booking and completing installations, (b) scheduled service visits and cartridge reminders, (c) warranty and money-back-guarantee claims, (d) anonymised aggregate reporting (e.g., average TDS by Dubai neighbourhood — used in this site's Guides section). We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.

3. Your rights

Under UAE PDPL you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. Email privacy@pureoas.com with any request and we'll action it within 15 business days.

4. Retention

We keep installation and service records for as long as your warranty is active (5 years) plus 2 years for regulatory reasons, then permanently delete. WhatsApp conversations sit with Meta under their retention policy.
