Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of pureoas.com and any service you book with Prime Build Services Construction L.L.C. By booking an installation or water test, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
A 7-stage reverse-osmosis water filter system with same-day professional installation in Dubai, a free KDF-55 shower filter, annual service-plan enrolment (optional), and a 60-day money-back guarantee on the hardware. Price: AED 1,199 one-time, VAT included, installation included.
2. Installation
Our licensed technicians install the unit under your kitchen sink and connect it to your cold-water supply and sink drainage. No structural modifications are made. You are responsible for providing access and ensuring that the premises are safe to enter. If we cannot complete the installation for reasons within your control (access, power, water shut-off), we will reschedule without charge once; subsequent reschedules may incur a AED 200 re-attendance fee.
3. Warranty
Hardware carries a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from physical abuse, unauthorised repairs, water-supply pressure above spec, or use outside normal residential conditions. Replacement cartridges are warranted for 6 months from install.
4. Service plan
The optional annual service plan (AED 500/year) covers two filter-change visits and an annual TDS audit. It is billed annually in advance and can be cancelled at any time; unused time is refunded pro-rata less a 10% admin fee.
5. Money-back guarantee
Within 60 days of installation, if you are not satisfied, we will remove the unit and refund the full purchase price. See the refund policy for full process details.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our service is capped at the amount you paid us for the installation (AED 1,199). We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
